Terms of Service

Welcome to Site Viking, operated by Site Viking LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following terms: 1. Services Provided: Site Viking provides a fully managed 5-page business website, including: Website design and setup Hosting, SSL, and custom domain management Access to a client dashboard 3 content updates included (per subscription cycle), with additional edits available for $5 each All websites are built using pre-designed templates. Custom features, ecommerce, or additional pages are not included. 2. Subscription Terms: Your subscription is billed via Stripe and renews automatically based on your plan: Monthly: $25/month Yearly: $250/year (save $50) You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. 3. Content Submission & Edits: You will be asked to complete an onboarding form upon signup. If you do not submit the form within 3 business days, we will launch a starter website using your business info. You are entitled to 3 content update requests per billing cycle. Additional edits are available at $5 per request. 4. Domains: Site Viking includes a free custom domain (valued up to $20) with each subscription. If your preferred domain is unavailable or exceeds our pricing limit, we will choose the closest available match. We manage your domain on your behalf unless you request a transfer at the end of your subscription. 5. Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. If you are unsatisfied with your service, we may offer a refund at our discretion within the first 30 days of subscription. After this period, refunds are not guaranteed. Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will be taken offline. 6. Limitations: You agree not to use our service to host: Inappropriate or offensive content Spam or deceptive marketing Websites requiring complex functionality (e.g., ecommerce, custom code) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these terms. 7. Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you provide. Site Viking retains ownership of all system infrastructure, templates, and platform-related components. 8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through your dashboard. 9.
